About Me.
I help people and organizations navigate change and becoming through a practice of compassionate presence, deep listening, and inquiry.
I am a Community Minister (Reverend), ordained in interfaith community, and a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with graduate and seminary degrees in Church Music & Liturgy and Theological Studies. As a Ph.D. candidate in Organizational Leadership, my current research explores the phenomenon of holistic coaching and how it impacts authentic leadership and presence.
I offer an Integral Coaching practice that engages the whole person (heart-mind-body-spirit), tailored to the needs of my clients and the organizations that I serve. My experience in the field of community chaplaincy leading a spiritual/emotional support line with a national caller base has offered opportunities to deepen my practice of care. I frequently lead training seminars in Reflective Listening, Trauma-Informed Care, Suicide Ideation/Assessment, and Spiritual Care for volunteers, clinical pastoral education students, and chaplains of all traditions, and enjoy facilitating retreats, workshops, and classes for people of all ages!
I specialize in providing coaching, consultation, and spiritual care services for adults and teens surrounding issues of life, work, spirituality, and purpose. I meet my clients where they are at, offering a space and a time where your goals and values are centered toward personal growth and transformation. Whether seeking more joy, an accountability partner, or a ritual to accompany a meaningful life transition, I'm here for it!
Space-Time Integral is also a place where I strive to offer courses and workshops for individuals and organizations interested in the creative magic of consciousness -- what I like to call "Healthy Magical Thinking".
